I must admit that the extremely negative review posted on Yahoo made me quite apprehensive about visiting this place for a haircut. I am very glad that I did decide to give it a chance however.
Let me just say here that I have very "fine" hair which can be somewhat difficult to cut and style so I am always wary of visiting a new salon. In any case, the stylist who cut my hair was very pleasant, polite and did an excellent job. While I cannot comment on the experience of the previous reviewer, it certainly did not match my very positive experience with this establishment.
I walked in without an appointment, hoping that they would be able to accommodate me the same afternoon. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and was given an appointment for 1 hour later.
